This unit handles key forming operations for PP honeycomb panels: deburring hot‑melt edge sealing, precision window cut‑out, accurate panel bending, and robust butt‑welding for plate splicing.
This PP Honeycomb Board Extrusion Line is a complete production system for continuous polypropylene honeycomb panels. It covers raw‑material feeding, extruding, forming and cutting. Flexible output thickness & width adjustment is supported. The line manufactures lightweight structural boards for reusable packaging, automotive and construction applications with stable mass‑production capacity.
This twin‑screw extruder is deployed for compounding PP raw materials ahead of the honeycomb board production. It mixes and modifies polypropylene pellets to achieve uniform material performance. The compounded material is then fed into the PP honeycomb board extrusion line, supporting stable continuous manufacturing of high‑quality honeycomb boards.
Professional PP pallet sleeve box bending machine supports 3 folds and 6 folds processing. Designed for 8-12mm PP honeycomb board, it makes precise fold lines for collapsible reusable sleeve boxes.
